Tell me about yourself.

After earning an MBA at the University of Southern California, I worked at various firms in the private equity space and as an independent consultant for private capital and privately-backed firms. Currently, I am an ESG Business Advisor with Bridge House Advisors, where I lead a team in delivering projects on ESG policy, program development, support, and reporting for middle-market private equity firms.

What motivates me is the urgent need to address climate change. While I have always been cautious about pursuing business operations changes, the Earth can no longer wait for us to put climate issues on the table. I am now focusing on climate work in the same sector, bridging the gap between much-needed climate actions and the changes to business operations required to achieve them. I am committed to helping private capital firms and their portfolio companies make informed decisions around sustainability and ESG material factors.

Highlights of my professional experience:

• Sold and executed more than 10 projects for a range of clients, from 2-person startups to $1B+ global institutions, as an independent consultant.
• Initiated and directed numerous projects for a global private equity firm across sectors, continents, and teams, delivering measurable results in business development, reputation, and productivity.
• Created highly profitable yet low-risk products and events for a startup trade association. Many of these products and events continue to provide substantial income and serve as a central hub for the professional community (as of 2022).
• Recently completed GHG Protocol Corporate Standard Training and currently pursuing Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Professional Certification for sustainability/ESG projects.
